The travel fee starts at $35 and may vary depending on the distance of the location or if the appointment falls on a weekend.

Gold & Red Seals – Notary Embossed Stamp

I frequently receive requests for gold or red foil stickers to be added to documents, especially those sent internationally. With this service, I attach these stickers and impress my notary information on them using notary seal metal embossers, giving the documents a professional look. To ensure the document is accepted for its intended purpose, I always make a second notary seal alongside the embossed gold/red sticker. Each sticker/seal is approximately 2 inches in diameter, requiring adequate space on the document to accommodate both the notary stamp and notary embosser stamps.

The fee for embossing a sticker is $10 per sticker.

I-9 Verification

I offer comprehensive non-notary services for I-9 verification, accommodating both electronic and paper forms as issued by the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). With expertise in this field, I meticulously verify qualified IDs from lists A, B, and C, ensuring compliance with the necessary documentation requirements. Additionally, I am diligent in following any supplementary instructions provided by the employer to guarantee a thorough and accurate verification process.

I-9 verification fee is $35, inclusive of any additional documents that need to be notarized as per the employer’s requirements.

One-on-One Assistance

I offer non-notary services for assistance with various tasks, including renewing Indian passports for adults or children, OCI applications, and Power of Attorney attestation with the Indian consulate. Additionally, I assist with the attestation of any civil documents requiring consulate authentication. Assistance is provided through calls and text messages.

Note: I do not fill out any applications or draft power of attorney documents.

1:1 Assistance fee is $30 which includes 20-minute call plus text message support thereafter.

Yes, definitely. Kindly note, I do not have an office. I work from my apartment’s leasing office and nearby public area.

Currently I do not provide printing service.

Documents need to be printed by you. Please filled in all the required information except sign, date and place.

Make sure you have all documents printed and complete (except signatures & date).
Carry your valid state issued ID .
Carry originals where applicable (like passport, visa, driver’s license, green card, EAD)
Notary will fill out a Notary journal (her log book) and will ask you to sign it.
Then, the Notary will ensure you understand what’s in the document that you are about to sign.
Once you have signed the document, witnesses will physically sign their part on the document (if applicable).
Then the Notary will affix her stamp to the document.
You make the payment and say Good Bye, until next time.

No. The only duty is to perform the notarial act and complete the notarial certificate.
Notary may not prepare, draft, select, or give advice concerning legal documents.
